Only a NRFSP Test Administrator can open your exam. If you do not have a Test Administrator you will need to contact support for a refund.

Every candidate MUST have their own training account. You should not need to buy more than 1 exam per account unless the candidate failed the exam.

If the candidate fails the exam, you cannot purchase another exam for them for 24 hours.

However, if it is during non-business hours, you can create a new user account, purchase the correct course and email support for a refund of the incorrect course.

After you login to your account, the "My Account" link at the top of the page will get you to your exam.

If you enter the username and password of one candidate and another candidate's information appears, then the computer you are on is "caching" or storing the previous login information.

Try clicking LOGOUT at the top of the page to clear the login. If that does not work, you will need to delete cookies and files.

Select your exam and add it to your account. Enter your Voucher number into the Discount code/Prepaid box on the order confirmation page a click Apply. The course fee will now be $0.00. Follow the steps to finish your enrollment

When you get to the billing information section, please select Corporate Account as the payment type and enter the corporate account number you were provided with, continue in to purchase the exam

Email support immediately to get the name corrected before it goes on to be processed.

You will need to contact NRFSP directly to get a revised certificate. Their email is customer.service@nrfsp.com.

No, a Test Administrator must take the exam through the administration portal.

If you test through this system your certification will be revoked.
